The staff was friendly. My room was a decent size and very clean. The location WAS perfect, right next to public transport. The building had a lift, made accessing my room easy.

convenient and clean
helpful staff great location
the location is GREAT. the room was very spacious and the staff was very helpful. I stored my luggage in a locker before check-in and after check-out, a VERY big plus.

the location was good with easy access to transportation and restaurants nearby
the room was far from perfect the shower head holder was broken and generally things felt a little worn i also wasn't thrilled with the cleanliness it seemed like they missed a few spots during cleaning

broken shower corridor light
The shower head stand was broken, made showering difficult. a light in the corridor on the third floor wasn't working, so i had to use my phone to find the keyhole. also, the lights went out for about twenty minutes one night. It was unsettling. i think they need to check their electrics.

helpful staff early arrival tea availability luggage storage
i found the staff very friendly and helpful . they quickly assisted with directions and local recommendations. the lockable luggage storage was especially convenient for my early arrival. i also appreciated the tea available in the room, a nice touch after a day of exploring
the wi-fi signal was a bit weak in my room but it worked well in the lobby.

the hotel is approximately 600 meters from kalvin ter u station, accessible via a smooth surface. a supermarket is conveniently located just around the corner. finding dining options nearby is easy.
